Writing about the insurrection, 'The Day of Tyranny', which occurred on 01/06/2021 against the peace of the American people imposes a grave responsibility. The wrongs which we seek to condemn and punish have been so calculated, so malignant, and so devastating, that America cannot tolerate their being ignored, because it cannot survive their being repeated. That the United States of America, had to forcibly put down an American insurrection and voluntarily submit those insurrectionists to the judgment of the law is the second most significant tribute that Power has ever paid to Reason.
The common sense of mankind demands that law shall not stop with the punishment of petty crimes by the insurrectionist. It must also reach men who possess themselves of great power and make deliberate and concerted use of it to set in motion evils which leave no American in this nation untouched. It is a cause of this magnitude that the United States will state the case before the American people. Those convicted have been reproached by the humiliation of those they have led almost as bitterly as by the desolation of those they have attacked, their personal capacity for evil is forever past. It is hard now to perceive in these men as convicts the power by which they once dominated the Capital building and terrified most of the nation. Merely as individuals their fate is of little consequence to the nation, but their convictions secure the preservation of our democracy. What makes this moment in time significant is that these prisoners represent sinister influences that will haunt the United States long after their bodies have returned to dust. They have shown themselves to be living symbols of racial hatreds, of domestic terrorism and violence, and of the arrogance and cruelty of men of power who inflamed their rage. They are symbols of fierce nationalisms and of militarism, of intrigue and war-making which have embroiled this nation into such domestic conflict that was never been seen before. The Capitol Building even during the Civil War was never allowed to be taken, this is the first time in American history that American insurrectionist attempted an American coup. They have so identified themselves with the philosophies they conceived and with the representatives that empowered them that America can ill afford no compromise with the social forces which would gain renewed strength if we dealt ambiguously or indecisively with them, in whom those forces that instigated the insurrection have precariously have not met the justice demanded by the American people. What these men stand for was patiently and temperately plotted and executed by those representatives who swore to protect and defend The United States of America. The world was shown undeniable proofs of these incredible events on all media channels and made the United States the laughingstock of the world. The catalog of crimes investigated by the FBI will omit nothing that could be conceived by a pathological pride, cruelty, and lust for power. These insurrectionists took advantage of and desecrated the holiest grounds of the halls of American Democracy, what all true American patriots have fought and died over since the birth of this nation. The insurrectionist were compensated by inflaming and gratifying words of hatred towards those who were marked as “non-loyal” by those men of power who before the resurrection incited them to riot who should be held responsible, counted as traitors, and be held accountable to not only the American people but to history. Their words of hate rang true to the insurrectionists who assaulted their opponents openly and included the murder of capitol police officers, and the assault of journalist. The men who initiated this violence excited the insurrectionist to be a “master class”, which of course implies segregation for others. They led their people on a mad gamble for domination. They diverted social energies and resources to the creation of what they thought to be an invincible war machine. At length, their warped patriotism reached such excess that they aroused the sleeping strength of their so-called ‘non-loyalists’ those true Americans and law enforcement agencies. The Capitol police united efforts have ground the insurrection machine into the fragments of their own warped imagination for a totalitarian state. But this struggle has left America scared yet prostrate where a shocked nation struggles to understand. These are the fruits of the sinister forces that sit with these defendants in prison. In justice to those representatives, their staff and the capital police who lived through this insurrection, I must remind you of certain difficulties which must leave their mark on this moment in history. Never before in legal history has an effort been made to bring within the scope of a single litigation the developments of an American Insurrection led by Americans, which shocked the world, disheartened scores of nations, effected countless individuals, and innumerable events. Despite the magnitude of the task, Americans across the nation have demanded immediate action. Yet, less than 3 weeks ago today the Capitol Building to which representatives were elected by the people was in the hands of an American attempted coup. I should be the last to deny that the case in the senate may well suffer from incomplete research and quite likely will not be the example of professional work which any of those loyal to the insurrectionist would normally wish to sponsor. It is, however, a completely adequate case in the judgment the American people, and its full development and consequences we shall be obliged to leave to the justice of history. With the particulars of the evidence, some general considerations which may affect the credit of this trial in the eyes of the world should be candidly faced. There is no dramatic disparity between the facts of the accusers and of the evidence of the accused that might discredit our work if we should falter, in even minor matters, in being fair and temperate. Unfortunately, the nature of these crimes is such that both prosecution and judgment must be by those who cannot, or choose not, to know the difference between real American patriots and insurrectionists. The national scope of the aggressions carried out by these men has left but few real neutrals. We must never forget that the record on which we judge these defendants today is the record on which history will judge us tomorrow. To pass this task to the senate Is a poisoned chalice put to their lips and our own lips as well, because they cannot summon the courage to detach themselves from a movement to which they feel will secure their seats of power and they refuse to summon the intellectual integrity to the task that this Trial will commend itself to posterity as fulfilling the American people’s aspirations to do justice. The real complaining party at your bar is The American people. Throughout the nation justice is still a struggling and imperfect thing. And it points to the dreadful sequence of aggressions and crimes I have recited, it points to the weariness of flesh, the exhaustion of resources, and the destruction of all that was beautiful or useful in so much of the nation, and to greater potentialities for destruction in the days to come. It is not necessary among the ruins of the Capital Building to argue the proposition that to start or wage an aggressive insurrection has the moral qualities of the worst of crimes. The refuge of these men of power who instigated these insurgents is that American justice is so far bent to their favor out of corruption that their own conduct which is crime in the moral sense must be regarded as innocent in law. The American people must now ask themselves whether law is so laggard as to be utterly helpless to deal with crimes of this magnitude by criminals of this order of so-called ‘party importance’ that It does not expect that American justice would be delivered upon them. It does expect that the actions of those senate representatives not to prosecute traitors will force those true representatives of American law to finally act on the side of American justice, so that men and women of goodwill, throughout the nation, may have “leave to live by no man’s leave, underneath the law.” Does this speech sound familiar, it should, this is the same speech On November 21, 1945, in the Palace of Justice at Nuremberg, Germany, Justice Robert H. Jackson, Chief of Counsel for the United States, made his opening statement to the International Military Tribunal at the opening of the Nuremberg trials against the Nazis in 1945. Look how far backwards we have come in the progression of preserving our democracy due to the ‘Day of Tyranny’ insurrection, these moments preserved for all time are nothing more than the escalation and result of decades of voting down party lines and those congressional representatives who choose to give their loyalty to party, charlatans and traitors who have put their own sense of values before the constitution and the representation of the American people. Who even now run to traitors for support to hold their positions of power instead of communing together as a whole united American Congress to try and convict American traitors. - Dominick Pepito UNIFICATION HONORARY CHAIR POSITIONS! HISTORY IN THE MAKING "No Party Affiliation Without Representation" is an American political slogan that originated by Dominick Pepito the founder of 'The Unification Party of The United States' in the 21st Century. The political slogan expressed one of the primary grievances of the American people of Congress voting down political 'party lines' instead of truly representing the will of the people. In short, many Americans believed that they were not truly being represented in Congress by their elected officials and were being denied their rights of Democratic representation as Americans.
The firm belief that the government should not vote down party lines and truly represent the will of the people escalated during the 'Day of Tyranny 01/06/2021, when an attempted coup to stop the electoral confirmation of then President Elect Joe Biden at the Capitol Building failed. The political slogan "No Party Affiliation Without Representation" appeared for the first time on the social media site LinkedIn posted by Dominick Pepito January, 26th 2021. |
