to control the pandemic. History has taught us that masks should of been mandatory throughout the nation immediately.
All public engagements should have been postponed or canceled and those educational institutions immedaly should have
been transferred to remote learning in areas of widespread contamination. International travel should have been
immediately banned and domestic travel should have been limited to on a needed basis only.
