WEALTH GAP
The Unification Party of America Understands that there is a wealth gap in the United States. This can be solved in many
different ways. The first immediate way is to post the salaries of those employed, as the government post their salaries of
federal workers. This would end the 'office mania' by being fully transparent. Those who have certain skills or a certain
degree of education would be compensated for it. This would actually increase the desire in the workforce to pursue
greater education or pursue avenues for reeducation for leadership skills. Capping executive compensation by performance
in tiers would be another way to build incentives in the workforce.
When the wealth gap refers to ethnicity or to gender having transparency by posting compensation openly would bring
resolve to many of these issues. The national average for certain positions could also be posted to determine if a person
chooses to explore other options for employment or continue their education.
When the wealth gap refers to organizations that are treading down the lines of monopolizing the market in services or
commodities, it is in the nation's best interest to hold them accountable to federal law and break up such overwhelming
control.
