SEXUAL ABUSE
The Unification Party of The United States stands in unity with those who defend our nation, but were not
afforded the same defense when they themselves were attacked in service to our nation. The most secure place
on the face of the earth should be living within the United States and serving within our armed forces. I cannot
think of another bastion of defense where an individual would feel or should be the safest. Yet those few who have
given their oath to protect and defend, desecrated that oath by betraying everything it stands for by attacking one
of our own. To those who would silence and intimidate to silence, those who have been victimized, should be
held just as guilty.
If an invading army attacked the homeland of The United States of America there would be a quick and
immediate reckoning. Well, these attacks are committed on the same sacred and honorable ground. How do you
heal the scars that can't be seen or heal the scars that no amount of bandages can stabilize? The military has policies
in place for such attacks but it's the ones that aren't reported that need to be brought to the light. Nothing less for
the convicted attacking party should consist of immediate dishonorable discharge, life sentences, a structured
security review and the reeducation of the entire base of the penalties and responsibility of reporting any sexual
abuse of any kind through the chain of command.
